Effective November 1, 2001, the
following guidelines apply to factory tours at The Hall China Company in
East Liverpool, Ohio:
Due to insurance considerations, self-guided
tours are no longer available. For tours of nine or fewer persons: Guided
daily tours 10:00am EST Monday through Friday Tours of ten or more
persons: Must call for guided tour appointment, (330) 385-2900 Ext.
